About Us
Trevor Patterson
Trevor started Strathcona Electric in the beginning of 2019 and has overseen various projects across the North Island and Central Coast. His focus is providing excellent service to his clients and prides himself in his company’s quality of work and ability to complete a diverse range of projects.
Prior to Strathcona Electric Trevor was employed as a Project Manager /Estimator for Houle Electric and has successfully managed and completed many projects for key clients. Earlier on Trevor was an Electrical/Mechanical Field Engineer and Estimator, working on projects in the oil and gas, transportation infrastructure, and hydroelectric generation industries.
Chris Courtney
Chris’ workmanship, experience, and dedication are key factors in the successful completion of important projects. Originally from the wood frame and residential electrical trades, he has proven to be an asset on large commercial and institutional projects.
Chris is now responsible for overseeing the Major Projects Division and is responsible for key clients such as the Canadian Coast Guard, Mowi, and the general contractors we work closely with. His strengths are new construction projects, but with a strong background in the electrical trade, he is a great choice for any re-work / modifications to existing facilities as well as any troubleshooting that may be required.
Lee Freeman
Lee is a multi-talented electrician, the bulk of his training is in the industrial sector, and brings a wealth of experience to our team. Along with the technical skills, Lee is a very competent project manager and estimator.
Lee is responsible for our key industrial and institutional clients, such as the Comox Valley Regional District and the Regional District of Nanaimo. He consistently impresses our clients with his knowledge in controls and instrumentation as well as his workmanship.
